Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She usually warms up first before moving on to the working sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
